Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise liquor licensees of amendments to delivery service requirements in the Retail Liquor Store Handbook (section 4.11), the Liquor Licensee Handbook (section 3.7) and the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook (section 3.6).
Clarification to policy has been made to distinguish between the requirement for liquor delivery licensees to deliver within Alberta as well as the ability of a licensee to use a common carrier for liquor delivery.
