Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all retail cannabis store licensees and applicants of an important amendment to Section 3.1 of the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook.
Effective April 6, 2020, while separation of business requirements continue, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) will no longer require licence applicants to complete a Separation of Business document.
The handbook may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies and ensure affected staff are notified of this change.
