Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise retail cannabis store licensees of amendments to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH) regarding storage of cannabis accessories and beverages; and retention of inventory records.
Effective immediately,
- cannabis accessories and beverages will no longer be required to be locked away in storage rooms while the store is closed; and
- the requirement for inventory records’ retention will be reduced from six to two years.
The amended policies are located in Sections 3.3 and 4.9 of the RCSH and may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policy and ensure affected staff are notified of this change.
