Deal Us In is a social responsibility training program designed to educate Casino and REC Facility Licensees and their staff on how to recognise the differences between responsible and problem gambling behaviour and appropriately respond to someone who may have a problem with gambling.
There is no charge to get your Deal Us In certification.

Deal Us In certification is mandatory for all full- and part-time registered gaming workers and charity workers. This includes:
Deal Us In Phase Two certification is mandatory for individuals working full-time or part-time as a registered gaming worker in the following positions:
Note: Deal Us In Phase One certification is a prerequisite for Deal Us In Phase Two certification. Charity workers do not require Deal Us In Phase Two certification.
Persons requiring Deal Us In Casino Staff Training certification must be certified within 30 days of their employment start date or before the expiration date on their certificate.
Learners are given 30 days from the date and time of registration. You may enter and exit the program, sign in and out of your account, etc. as often as you like within 30 days from the date and time of registration. Your program access ends on the 30th day. After 30 days, you will need to reregister and start the course from the beginning.
Yes and a minimum score of 80% is required to pass.
Five (5) attempts are given with each registration. Reviewing the program topics before retaking the test is recommended.
